Ingredients
| Milk | 1 litre |
| Sugar | 1 cup |
| Desi Ghee | 1 cup |
| Zarday ka Rang (yellow color) | A pinch |
| Flour (maida) | 1 cup |
| Almonds, Pistachio, Kaajoo | As required |
| Rooh Khewra (rose water) | For fragrance |
| Green Cardimum (sabz illaichi) | 6 |
| Khoya/Kalaqand | For garnishing |
Method
- Remove edges of bread slices, cut them in triangular shape.
- Fry the bread slices until brown.
- In 1 litre milk add a pinch of yellow color and 6 green cardimums.
- Mix all well and allow it to boil.
- When milk gets thick after 20-25 minutes add sugar to it.
- Once done pour the milk over the bread slices.
- For 5 minutes allow the bread to soak and absorb the milk.
- Sprinkle dry fruits.
- Now add khoya/kalaqand and sprinkle some more dry fruits.
- Pour little amount of rooh khewra for fragrance.
- Yummy Scrummy Shahi Tukray are ready to serve!
