Ingredients
Beef Boti (boneless) | 1.5 kg |
Papaya Paste | 3 tbsp |
Red Chili Powder | 2 tsp full |
Salt | 1 1/2 tsp |
Garam Masala | 1 tsp |
Lemon | 1 |
Gingergarlic Paste | 3 tsp |
Onion (fried brown and blended to form a paste) | 2 |
Zarday ka Rang | 1/4 tsp |
Method
- Marinate beef overnight with all the above mentioned ingredients.
- Turn on flame and add 3-4 tbsp oil in a pot.
- Add this marinated beef in the pot.
- Mix well , cover and allow the beef to cook in its own water.
- Mean while burn a coal on the stove.
- Once the beef water dries and gets cooked.
- Keep a slice of bread in the center.
- Now place the burning coal on the bread and pour oil.
- When dhooan comes out, quickly cover it and leave it for a while.
- Serve hot yummy beef tikka boti in a nice platter!
